What we did
The question from Heineken Salesforce is to bring the message across how the Unified Costomer Ecosystem (UCE) benefits constumers (bar owners, mini market owners) by lowering cost through a seamless experience. The video serves as an explainer to current costumers and collegues, and as a ‘business card’ for customers not yet on the roadmap. The explainer draws attention and let key concepts stick.
